Our year continues to progress well. Our stormy 2nd quarter produced significant claims workload which kept our adjusters busy well into the 3rd quarter. However, we have been fortunate that considerably fewer new summer storms occurred after July 1st. Our combined ratio through the 3rd quarter is a very respectable 97.7. Our 4th quarter usually produces good results so we are optimistic as we continue our work towards year end. MFM’s claims service response has been excellent as evidenced by the fact that a vast majority of our 2014 storm losses are now closed. We take execution of our claims service standards very seriously. Written premium revenue continued to be strong in the 3rd quarter with our growth rate now at 8.5% year to date. We are meeting our expectations in all lines of business and our newer states of Arizona, Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, and Nevada are doing well. Our results are a reflection of our Agents' efforts! We sincerely appreciate it when they recommend their customers to MFM. The Holidays will be upon us shortly. Enjoy your family and friends and always know we appreciate your business.
